Our Story

The Ginza main store, which opened in 2013, is a small shop with only 8 seats. Located in 4-chome, the heart of Ginza, this shop quickly became a popular destination with long lines of customers. It is a ramen specialty shop representing Tokyo, even being selected in the Michelin Guide 2016 and 2017.

Now, we have opened stores not only in Ginza but also in Roppongi, Kamakura, Ikebukuro, Otemachi, Sapporo, Osaka, Kobe, and Narita International Airport (inside the gate). Furthermore, there are plans for a global expansion project. Overseas expansion is specifically progressing in countries such as the Philippines and Taiwan.

Is this really a ramen restaurant? You can't help but doubt your eyes when you see the appearance of "Ginza Kagari."

Its appearance is completely like a high-end sushi restaurant or a traditional Japanese eatery. What exactly is "Ginza Kagari," which has gained popularity in the world of Ginza, where only the best survive? Since being selected by the Michelin Guide, "Ginza Kagari" has attracted many customers from overseas seeking its taste.

The first thing customers who visit the restaurant order is the "Chicken Paitan Ramen." The incredibly rich chicken paitan soup has a flavor reminiscent of a fine dining restaurant's potage soup, a description some customers use. It's recommended that first-time visitors start with the Chicken Paitan Ramen.
